Clearing change flags

Change flags mark container records that have been changed since the load list was generated. Typically, you clear change flags whenever you have reviewed the changes and changed your load plan accordingly.

Before you begin planning the load, it is recommended that you clear any change flags to prevent warnings whenever you perform a stowage check.

To clear change flags:

  1. Open the Load List window (on page 1).

  1. In the list, select all containers.

  2. From the Container menu, select Clear Changes.

If the load list includes the Changed column, all change flags disappear from this column. If the list does not include the Changed column, XPS clears the change flags in the background, but you do not notice any immediate changes.
